NORTHLAND — The Northland Police is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 10 year old twin brothers Hamiora and Waiariki Chapman out of the Northland, New Zealand.
Hamiora and Waiariki were last seen or heard from in December 2016.
The twins are also known as Sam and Storm. They were removed from Child, Youth and Family care (now the Ministry for Vulnerable Children) by persons known to them.
The primary concern is for the safety and welfare of Hamiora and Waiariki and there are concerns they are not receiving any form of education. They have medical issues and it is imperative they receive the treatment they need. Police are asking the community for any information on their current whereabouts.
The brothers are believed to be in the Northland area, possibly in the Mid-North or Whangärei.
