I sincerely hope that these two are OK and that they have not succumbed to foul play…It must be a very stressful time for their families and if they have chosen to go missing voluntarily please let your families know so.

Please do not be alarmed but I remember a missing persons case about a few years ago which involved another missing person ( from the Rotorua region) who went missing and wasn’t heard from and about for a few years or so until a couple of pig hunters stumbled across a car entwined and covered in scrub in the Mamaku Ranges. Inside were the skeletal remains of a person who was later identified as that missing person…I think he may have been there for about 5years or so.
After further investigation it was revealed that the car had gone off the road and over the bank and became lodged between two trees which prevented the car from going further in to the gully which was the focus of a search all those years ago.
So my point is this…could this have happened to these two men who I do know through my friends from Mamaku…worth checking…

it is a devastating blow to the families that knew and loved their family members and wouldn’t wish it upon anyone to be in this unfortunate predicament and with the suspicious circumstances due to the result of any foul play as it seems, the perpetrators oughta be accountable in these unknown circumstances and come forward instead of hiding like cowards that they will be. SHAME to hear such a tragedy has happened especially in the lives of these 2 people and their families? But the truth will prevail?
